The urban initiative resulted from the conversion of the former disused railway, has created a series of urban evaluations on the use of areas which have been “cut” from the former railway or adjacent to it.
The occasion of the re-use of railway belt, now fully converted into a pedestrian and cycle track, meant that isolated or partially unusable spaces have become an integral part of the urban fabric.
This study, starting from these ideas, analyzed in its entirety on the city’s waterfront, assuming a number of possibilities for urban conversion and / or improvement together with the significant presence of the track, but not limiting the urban vision at the simple cycling path, but extending it within the urban core and other possible relations.
