The project plans the maintenance of some existing buildings already used as university, in the center of the intervention area.
To the south it will be a big park and two buildings assigned to secretarial offices, offices, reception and guest rooms. To the north the university complex will include seven faculties: Jurisprudence, Business studies, Computer science, Languages, Psychology, Sports science and Theology.
The external open spaces are organized on the main axis of the project, enriched by ways with water’s games, squares and green areas. The faculty of Theology will be in an isolated edifice, “metaphysically” put in a thin sheet of water. The other faculties will be realized in two buildings characterized by regular stereometric shape, great glass façades, skylights, spaces with double height, with volumetric joints inspired by functionalist architecture.
The complex also foresees lecture theatre, two libraries, lecture hall, common spaces (bar, refectory etc.) and a big parking.
