The original building, characterized by a high architectural quality, was built in 1929 from designs by the architect Giuseppe Crosa di Vergagni.
It’s characterized by a solid block stereometry and developed in 6 floors and the attic.
On the ground floor, there are welcoming and reception areas, a multipurpose room for meetings, a restaurant and a large hall used as a cocktail bar.
The upper floors are designed with 99 rooms, including 8 suites with a terrace on the top floor, mainly arranged along the perimeter, enjoying the wide windows of the elevations.
In the basement there is a relaxation and fitness area for guests, as well as technical and service areas, changing rooms for the staff and for employees.
The treatment of the elevations is characterized by a totally conservative imprint, in full respect of configurations and materials of the original building.
