The design concept suggests the creation of a residential complex that fits the geomorphologic configuration and the surrounding spatial planning. At a compositional level the type of building keeps the traits, colors and materials of the local tradition, but breaks away from the usual classical composition, aiming at the construction of buildings with a modernist language, at the same time with the evocation of the typical Ligurian villages, with pathways, squares and “surprise” spaces.
The project proposes the systematic use of the green roof alternated with solar and photovoltaic panels to encourage environmentally sustainable energy.
The number of the residences are: ten single/two-family villas, nineteen housing units in the village, the twenty-one aggregate residences.
Among the public facilities there is a public park, some public spaces, a restaurant and two tennis courts.
