The residential buildings are arranged on an axis of development, adapting as much as possible to the ground’s structure. One part of the new buildings will be built on a main reference line and arranged according to the plano-altimetric trend of the existing contour lines. Another part, configured with the characteristics of a “Ligurian village”, is provided in the lower portion of the area. Residential buildings, a total of 28 units, are divided by private and public green areas and a prestigious general widespread greenery throughout the area.
In the design of the buildings, the following factors have been mainly taken into account:
– minimizing the environmental impact;
– minimizing of excavations and filling;
– creation of buildings typologically similar to those present in surrounding areas;
– creation of a cluster of buildings that evoke the typical Ligurian concept of village and building rarefied on the hillside.
