The stereometric choice is substantially vertical, except the base, aligned on the front of the street, whose composition recall to the existing buildings of that part of Milan, in order to better integrate the lower portion of the buildings to the surrounding areas.

The coating of the tower is in a ventilated façade in terracotta tiles, which will ensure adequate energy performance, at the same time with the great attention given to renewable energy.
