This study suggests the inclusion, in a not built lot, of a hotel and some residential buildings.
The complex consists of a hotel and a separate building used as a wellness center. The residential buildings are divided into two types: some isolated houses and a small terraced house.
To complete the project a public park and parking lots are provided, for the hotel and the community.
The hotel provides rooms and suites, restaurant, breakfast room, lounge bar, roof garden, conference room, while the wellness center has an indoor pool which also extends outdoors, a sauna, a Turkish bath, treatment rooms and services.
Following this study, the Customer, after studying data and possibilities, decided – in the near future – to continue first with the design of a part of the residential buildings and then the tourist accommodation.
