The project concerns the arrangement of the entire area in order to create a dock in synergy with different real estate projects: residential buildings, single-family homes and even floating houses. The design ensures the maximum degree of innovation in environmental integration and sustainability, of course taking into account the characteristics of territory, environment and surroundings (the Seine, the banks, piers, lakes and large green spaces). These are the project’s challenges:
– Explore emerging solutions in terms of infrastructure and accessibility to the dock;
– Encourage the emergence of new eco-friendly practices;
– Respond to the needs of recreational boating without requiring heavy infrastructure;
– Create a place or Live differently.
