Located in a Monegasque district of next development, the building called Villa Manolea is part of a urban block still characterized by an average height of four floors, block surrounded on each side by constructions of much greater heights.
Taking note of the lack of space and the cost of property known in Monaco, sometimes projects involving large demolitions-reconstructions, sometimes involving elevations and major extensions are planned: this is the case of this project that proposes the addition of three floors.
In the current phase, there are two architectural typologies imagined with two concepts : do not follow the language of the existing facades proposing a volume characterized by the alternation of excavated or cantilevered volumes.
