The project structure of the area carries evocatively to Argentina the plan and typology of Italian villages. Against a more traditional design of the surrounding areas inside the compendium, designed at individual lots with a small house for each one, the project, through the axial composition and the subsequent decomposition of paths, reminds of an Italian village, characterized by the differentiation of the alignments and the presence of squares and spaces.
Similarly, the building typology of residential buildings, as well as that of the other functions provided (commercial buildings, common and leisure areas, a place of worship and car parks) evokes shapes and sizes of the historic Italian villages, although with modernist digressions to diversify and modernize the style.
