The building will be the new main entrance to the fairgrounds.
The formal configuration of the building refers to the rational nature of the urban fabric and is divided into a unique “bridge” body on piles (pilotis), with the longitudinal axis parallel to the reference line of Brigate Partigiane Avenue.
The ground floor, including ticketing and reception, is thought of as a covered flexible area, articulated according to the different needs of space, due to the changing nature of trade fairs.
On the upper floor of the building, management and hosting activities will be located in a large open space, fully glazed on the perimeter.
Together with the planned interventions, the project defines the configuration of the external spaces and, more particularly, of spaces corresponding to Kennedy Square.
