The project involves the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new building of 15 apartments on 4 floors, a commercial space on the ground floor and an underground parking on two levels (28 parking lots).
Pedestrian and vehicular access is provided on the main street, avenue Thiers.
The building is designed in a contemporary style, composition and stereometry adapt to the shape of the lot and to existing and future alignments. The design choice is to create a building characterized by the alternation of loggias and balconies: each room of all the apartments is indeed equipped with a loggia and a balcony, embellished with small trees or shrubs.
