The project completes the corner of a block made up entirely of buildings of 6 and 7 floors, all characterized by the classic streamlined balconies typical of the French Riviera’s buildings. The architectural composition of the facade takes its inspiration from this feature, citing it with a decidedly contemporary reinterpretation: the rhythm of the balconies is cut vertically by sun-shade panels and, with the same objective, the horizontal cadence of the rows of balconies provides different lengths. In addition, the variation in depth of the lodges provided in the main facade plays with solids and voids creating light effects always different both day and night. The building will include 40-45 apartments, commercial activities on the street floor and 4 basement floors.
