The construction of this building dates back to 1880, during the «bourgeoise» expansion of the French cities, including of course Nice. It consists of a ground floor and five upper floors.
Renovation and upgrading of the building aim to turn it into a quality hotel, ready to be classified as a 4-star hotel.
Its 40 rooms are distributed in equal numbers from the first to the fourth floor, while on the ground floor there are the front desk, a bar, a breakfast room and service spaces. A meeting room completes the ground floor giving an additional opportunity to the future manager.
All the main facilities have been replaced or heavily renovated to ensure that the building meets all accessibility and safety standards.
