The goal is the transformation of the North area in front of the existing clinic owned by the Foundation, with the creation of a series of services to implement and improve the functionality and equipment of the Medical Center, with the provision of:
– Training center (5,500 sq. m.), consisting of two blocks of four floors linked by a glass gallery (reception, offices, rooms and conference room);
– Special Residence (3,000 sq. m.), three buildings with 52 mini-apartments, to accommodate the staff and patients’ relatives;
– A spa, swimming pool, fitness center, dining room (1,900 sq. m.), developed on two levels featuring double height interior and covered with roof garden;
– Fitness and rehabilitation services (1,200 sq. m.), also organized on two levels and covered with roof garden;
– Residential building (1,000 sq. m.).
