The construction of the services building was part of the first program of expansion of Genoa’s exhibition facilities, intended to develop activities related to the International Boat Show and other major events.
In formal terms, the volume is made up, northwards, by a block containing the necessary catering services, while large windows and light metal railings characterize the finish of the southwards prospect.
The building consists of two levels: the first, accessible from the large square, assigned to functional activities of the marina (Marina Fiera offices, exhibition stands, etc.), the second organized to accommodate a restaurant with large windows and a public rooftop.
